In the past few weeks, some readers have informed us that nssutil3.dll was not found. The file d3dx9_42. Missing or not found DLL errors are caused by Windows problems with DirectX, and DirectX is used in many Windows games and graphics programs. Method 3: Fix Nssutil3.dll Missing Error Using System File Checker (SFC)
